Could someone explain to me at what point we are able to play Province bonus cards? Or do those perks just go into effect that the end of the game during the final scoring phase?

I assume you mean ones like the Power Card Bonus, Farmer Bonus, and Bank of the Nile (and the like). You play these during the scoring phases at the ends of rounds 3 and 6 (the end of the "Old Kingdom" and "New Kingdom").

Yea....the cards that give you 3 points for having all provinces east/west of the Nile, or all provinces in the upper/lower division of Egypt.

They are just for points at the end. Though, that's a pretty big thing in a game that is all about getting points Smile

Also remember you can't play duplicates of these in the same round. So if you have two Farmer Bonus cards, for example, only one will score.
