My father was born in the UK in 1965 to Indian parents. He stayed there, in the UK, until he was 5 years old. He returned to India on his mother's passport, without obtaining a British passport.
Then he married my mother in 1992, and I was later born in 1993. My father and I currently have Indian passports. I am currently in the UK on a Level 4 student visa, valid until the end of March 2021.
Do I qualify for a British passport?
can I apply for a passport without my father submitting it before me?
My family has my father's birth certificate, my parents ' marriage certificate and my birth certificate at their disposal.
Will I need additional documents to confirm my application? |

I recently turned 21 years old, and to be honest. I have not yet made myself a real driver's license during this time. And it would be worth it, because about fake id, they can find out at any time. But I've been driving with a driver's license for more than four years, and I'm not complaining yet. I bypassed all the checks, although I was always nervous. I will make real documents soon because I am tired of the fact that I am constantly afraid of being caught. Or maybe they can send you to prison for this? No, we need to act faster while I can still change something, haha |
