| It seems I got charged one gold for moving armies using the "Supply one/move" action even though I didn't supply an army. That doesn't seem right though I don't have the board game with me to check. |

| That is the rule. You pay one gold, then you can supply an army, move an army or both. I puzzled over this one for a while with the rules, but they actually say that you pay for the order, regardless of which choice you make. |

| OK. Make me wonder though why someone would choose not to supply an army. |

| It's an extra move action regardless, and there could be times when you don't have enough armies to resupply everywhere you want/need to; or where you want to save armies for future resupply elsewhere. Not a high-percentage likelihood, but possible. |
