In game 11964 -- Wilhelm the Conqueror, Sachsen had an increased production event card but RKruppa did not receive additional grain, is it possible to fix that or if we are misunderstanding something let us know?!

Well no one got an increase in grain on the last turn, even though everyone selected to receive grain from a province in Sachsen. Unfortunately the game log doesn't mention the events that have occured. I suspect, since it's still listed as an upcoming event, that the Good Harvest in Sachsen hasn't happened yet.

The game is now in the Yr 1 Autumn planning stage, which means that two event cards have been used and two remain. One of them will be effective during Yr 1 Autumn action resolution, the other will determine the grain loss in Yr 1 Winter.

The gamelog does not explicitly state what the other two event cards were, but they can be deduced. From the lines:
Quote:
Lack of troops: R Bkruppa supplied only 2 armies to Hessen-Darmstadt

and
Quote:
Lack of troops: B rkruppa supplied only 2 armies to Lausitz

we know that the event card in Yr 1 Spring was Lack of Troops in Sachsen.

From
Quote:
R Bkruppa built a trading firm in Erzbm. Köln, receiving a commercial bonus of 1 gold
Y Steaky built a trading firm in Mittelmark, receiving a commercial bonus of 1 gold
B rkruppa built a trading firm in Oberösterreich, receiving a commercial bonus of 1 gold
P Liloliani built a trading firm in Fm. Bayern, receiving a commercial bonus of 1 gold

we know that the event card in Yr 1 Summer was Commercial Bonus for Trading Firm.

Remember, there are four event cards chosen for each year, but they take effect one at a time, chosen at random from among the four. When you have finished planning for Yr 1 Autumn, the game will determine which of the two remaining cards -- Good Harvest in Sachsen or Harvest Failure in Osterreich -- will be in effect for that season. (The other will, as noted above, tell you how much grain you are going to lose during the winter.)
