The board game rules state that each player has 62 cubes to start but in this version I have counted as many as 66.

What is the start out number?

Latest cube count suggests 67 max. Any definitive answer?

Hi
the one in question is the Boardgamegeek game. I have lost track of the number of cubes in the tower but currently most players have a total of either 60 or 61 cubes in supply and on the board. Is the intended total 62. Apologies if my maths don't stack.

60-61 on the board and in supply leaves 1-2 stuck in the tower per player. Seems about right to me.

Where are you seeing 67?

The correct total should be 61 per player (the game comes with 62, but one is used to track grain).

I just peeked "behind the scenes" of the BOARDGAMEGEEKS game and all players do add up to 61. The counts from Year 1 are gone for good, but I'd be very surprised if the number deviated from 61 then and came back to 61 now...
