would anyone like to take his place? There are 2-3 games waiting on him to start, and another 3 that would need to be restarted for the substitute player to join

somewhat surprised to see I hadn't put this up before; I was sure I'd updated it a few days ago. Probably clicked preview instead of submit.

Anyway, now 48/54 are done

3 wins are needed to make the top 9.

Currently swok holds 9th spot, but if IBX wins his last game he'll go ahead of swok. marcx can also do this by winning his last 2, or srook winning 3 out of 4.

if marcx wins both his remaining games he'll take IBX's place. A quick look at the games shows marcx in a winning position in both, so we'll have to wait and see..

marcx won one of those games. Unfortunately the other looks being weeks from finishing, with srook on a long away period.

not much to do but wait it out, and start another tournament in the meantime.

unfortunately we are still some way away from the last game completing. 11 animals still to go, and lucky to see more than a few moves a week.
