OK - I won't exclude myself if I somehow manage to sneak into the top nine. Neutral

41/60

6 36 gische
7 34 Pompkin
6 28 mongo
6 22 Gaditus
9 22 NoMoreCheese
8 20 tphon
3 18 powermorph
7 18 daveszum
7 18 kekeweb

5 16 freduk
7 16 Knave
6 14 smlait
6 14 EzeBig
7 14 Payton3434
6 12 lindalait
4 08 striking_cobra
7 08 almondralf
8 06 Dobinator
3 02 jglazier
5 02 Nemesis

I note that one game of Hacienda is stall waiting to start. I'll remind the player who has not joined, but I might have to ignore the result if it is too far behind when the other results come in.

It is particularly difficult to check that all games have been set up/started in this tournament - it is easier for everyone to count to nine than for me to trawl through all the webpages, so (in future) I would ask everyone to check that they have the correct number of games and then pm the laggards!

50/60

7 42 powermorph
7 38 gische
8 36 Pompkin
7 30 mongo
8 28 Gaditus

8 22 Knave
9 22 NoMoreCheese
8 20 tphon
7 18 lindalait

7 18 freduk
8 18 daveszum
8 18 kekeweb
9 18 smlait
6 14 EzeBig
8 14 Payton3434
7 12 jglazier
9 12 Dobinator
8 10 almondralf
6 08 striking_cobra
5 02 Nemesis

By checking the maximum points everyone can now achieve (ie adding 6 points for each unfinished game) it is possible to see that 28 is enough to finish in the top nine. Hence the 5 in red are through to the semi finals.

The other 4 places are up for grabs.

With one game to go, we know the top 7 positions (in the event of a tie EzeBig would finish above Knave on head to head games).

The semi finals are therefore

MC37 Semi 01 (A-H) powermorph Gaditus x
MC37 Semi 02 (A-H) gische mongo x
MC37 Semi 03 (A-H) Pompkin freduk EzeBig

The games can now be created and, in the case of Semi 03, started.

Password tournament

Hacienda - map 622 variant 2
Tikal - end to end workers
Reef - basic
Santiago - basic with palm trees
Wally - basic set up

6 points for a win, 2 for second
In the event of a tie, the head to head scores will be compared (ie whoever finished higher in the most games will win).
If that does not break the tie, games will be removed starting with Amun Re.

For those of you who have not qualified for the semis and those who need more games, I will create a 4 player sign up post.

The semifinal line up is complete:

MC37 Semi 01 (A-H) powermorph Gaditus Knave
MC37 Semi 02 (A-H) gische mongo kekeweb
MC37 Semi 03 (A-H) Pompkin freduk EzeBig

Semis 01 and 03 are set up and waiting for Knave and EzeBig respectively.
Semi 02 needs to be set up and joined by all three.

My apologies for holding this thing up. I've been busy with other things and have neglected my games on SbW. I'll try to pick it up over the next few days, and then focus on dropping the number of games I carry at one time.

All down to the final game (of Santiago).

If Ezebig or powermorph wish to set up the games

MC37 Final (A-H) password final

Hacienda - map 622 variant 2
Tikal - end to end workers
Reef - basic
Santiago - basic with palm trees
Wally - basic set up

then the winner of the last semi final can join them shortly.

I have looked at the outstanding game of Santiago and it is clear that mongo will win and so qualify for the final.

As the games are all set up, mongo can join them and get the final underway.
