Having been prompted to check the results, I have looked into the position if a tie breaker is required for those finishing on 30 points.

Ties are broken first by comparing results within games between the relevant players.

As it stands, danbar1963 has beaten ahauwi1, Pompkin and rorshaq in their only mutual games so would win any tie. Pompkin has beaten ahauwi1 who has in turn beaten rorshaq. Pompkin and rorshaq are in the same final game so can not both get to 30 points.

Hence the position is simple Laughing

If tphon wins his final game he qualifies in second place and danbar1963 qualifies in third place.

If tphon does not win his final game, he can no longer qualify. danbar1963 will then qualify in second place. Third place will be ahauwi1's unless Pompkin wins his last game to take third. (Even if rorshaq wins that game he will finish behind ahauwi1).

So in summary

danbar1963 is once again in the final.

If tphon wins he will also be in the final. If he doesn't but Pompkin does then Pompkin will be in the final. If neither Pompkin or tphon win, ahauwi1 takes the 3rd spot.

Two games to go, but the finalists are now known. Pompkin edged out ahauwi1, so joins danbar1963 and me in the final.

I have set the games up, Multi Final 13 etc, password final.

For anyone with withdrawal syptoms I have put up a sign up thread for a variant multi challenge (probably not with auction tikal which is just too long). If there are not enough takers for that I will set up threads for new 3 and '5' player tourneys in a few days. There is also an Amun Re 3/4/5 player tourney soon to start.

It looks like the password got messed up for the Hoity Toity game, final doesn't appear to be working. Can you let me know what it is, I'm not sure if it's possible for you to go back and edit it.
