We have 36 in the draw. Each player will be in 5 games and play against 15 different opponents. The top 16 will go forward to an all play all semifinal (based on number of 1st places, followed by 2nds, 3rds, and then as a tie breaker, points lost by in losing games) and the top 4 from that round will go into a one game final.

Any player can set up the games he/she is in. Please use the exact name (eg AT3 4Player 01) and put the players in the comments section. Opening two windows and using cut and paste saves on typing (and typing mistakes).

Use password Amun for all games.

(To help with spotting your games - each player is in one of games 37-45.
In the other games 01-36 each player has four games and appears first, second, third and fourth once each.)

There is no need to post results as I will keep the totals from the completed games pages myself.

Good luck to all.

Thanks to those who have already set up their games - one of which is underway already!

I note that some are set up for 3/4 or 3/4/5 players. Not a problem, but whoever set them up should make sure they start them at the right time (ie not when 3 have joined, and before 5 do so!).

As a thought, when the results are in I could set up a second set of games for those finishing in 17th to 32nd place. This would give a chance to play others who had the same level of bad luck! Any takers?

I like the sound of a 'losers Sad ' second round - otherwise you tend to have to wait for the 'winners Smile ' to finish the rest of their games before you can play again (in a tournament).

22 games started, 21 set up waiting for remaining players, 2 to be set up.

Could someone from games 06 and 17 create them please.

Thanks for setting those games up. All set up now - I've pm'd those with more than one game to sign up to, but efreeman, striking-cobra and Dobinator also have one game left to sign up to.

On second thoughts seems like a good way to handicap efreeman Smile

Standings after 12:

3 2 1 0 0 Rebelslayer
3 2 1 0 0 rseulow
1 1 0 0 0 Dobinator
1 1 0 0 0 toutoune
2 1 1 0 0 docaction
2 1 1 0 0 efreeman
2 1 0 0 1 IBX
2 1 0 0 1 lindalait
2 1 0 0 1 shampoon
3 1 1 1 0 pkwolf54
1 0 1 0 0 domster
1 0 1 0 0 Pompkin
1 0 0 1 0 baub64
1 0 0 1 0 tphon
1 0 0 0 1 Bkruppa
1 0 0 0 1 swok
2 0 1 1 0 kekeweb
2 0 1 0 1 flaviorj
2 0 1 0 1 JM
2 0 1 0 1 Payton3434
2 0 0 2 0 Gaditus
2 0 0 2 0 striking_cobra
3 0 1 1 1 Jernau25
3 0 0 3 0 brazo
3 0 0 0 3 AdriaanPieters

It is early days yet, but I suspect 2 wins will be enough to get into the last 16, so Rebelslayer and rseulow can probably relax, and those down the bottom (me included Sad ) need to start winning soon.

I will automatically set this set of games up when the final table is complete, but if you do not wish to be automatically entered (and are or think you may be in positions 17 to 32) let me know.

I am sure to be in the bottom half and would love to play others with "bad luck" (read "skill" in mine anyway). Sign me up.

Results are coming in quickly - after 17.

4 3 1 0 0 Rebelslayer
4 3 1 0 0 rseulow
4 2 0 2 0 Gaditus
1 1 0 0 0 HighwayStar
2 1 1 0 0 Dobinator
2 1 1 0 0 docaction
2 1 1 0 0 toutoune
2 1 0 0 1 IBX
2 1 0 0 1 lindalait
2 1 0 0 1 shampoon
3 1 1 1 0 pkwolf54
3 1 1 0 1 efreeman
1 0 0 1 0 baub64
1 0 0 1 0 TimPelican
1 0 0 0 1 mimoo
1 0 0 0 1 swok
2 0 2 0 0 domster
2 0 1 1 0 kekeweb
2 0 1 1 0 Pompkin
2 0 1 1 0 tphon
2 0 1 0 1 JM
2 0 1 0 1 tlc
2 0 0 2 0 striking_cobra
2 0 0 1 1 Bkruppa
2 0 0 1 1 Wolfpack
3 0 1 1 1 flaviorj
3 0 1 1 1 Jernau25
3 0 1 0 2 Payton3434
3 0 0 3 0 brazo
3 0 0 0 3 AdriaanPieters

Even my maths is good enough to know that 3 wins guarantees a place in the top 16 so well done Rebelsalyer and rseulow. I am hoping that 2 will also be enough!

For purposes of breaking a tie on points, the rules state that most pyramids then most stones count. If still a tie victory is shared. For purposes of these tournaments, I will then use money to break a tie (for all positions). For example in game 31, rseulow finishes 2nd and Gaditus 3rd.

I do keep an eye out for such situations in recording the scores, but if you are tied on points with someone and the final order does not reflect money as above, please check that I have the result recorded correctly.

Looks like anyone on two wins will make it into the next round. Hope you haven't peaked too soon Rebelslayer Smile

baub64 - are you deliberately trying to be at the bottom of this, but top of the 5 player table?
