If you notice the table order is slightly different than I used for the last tournament, it is because finishing second or third is probably worth less than having a game in hand (when considering chances of getting through to the next stage).
There is no need to post results of individual games - I will keep an eye on them and provide updates regularly.[url][/url]

The method of scoring was mentioned in the post for the draw.
"Positions will be decided by numbers of 1st places, then 2nds and then by losing margins." My reasoning for this is I felt that I wanted the result to be decided by number of games won rather than being concerned with minor places. Hence for example 1 1st and 3 3rds beats four 2nds.
The minor places are needed for tie breaks, and the final tie break is number of points lost by. I did not want to use total points as this depends too much on how tight (or not) money is in the game.
Finally, although it will not affect the final placings I have changed the order used for interim tables. I have shown a game in hand as more valuable than a 2nd place as there is still potential to get a 1st.
Hopefully this makes everything clear 
And ... the top three in each group will go through to a 9 player semifinal group. The top three from that semifinal will go into a one game final.
