A fascinating finish to tournament 2. lindalait and flaviorj were locked in a very tight battle for first, with ahauwi a few behind. As I stated above, ahauwi would make the final if flaviourj didn't win or finish 24 points ahead of ahauwi.

On the penultimate round, ahauwi, playing last, could have bought the last 3 animals out with linda 2 points ahead. However, as this was not his best move in this individual game, he elected (after some agonising) to play the game as an individual game rather than take the state of tournament into play.

The last round saw flaviourj jump past linda, thereby taking the last spot in the final from ahauwi.

Tough decision for anyone to make. Makes me shudder as to what the final actions in the Santiago tournaments might see done.

How have I managed to lose three games by a total of 7 points? Do I get some kind of "he really knows how to come in 2nd" award?
