I should probably know this by now...
What's the difference between my Outbox and my Sentbox ?
I have only a few items in my Outbox, but did they not get sent? |

| In the Outbox are the messages you have sent, but which haven't been read yet by the receiver. In the Sentbox are the messages which have been read already. |

the Outbox is for messages sent --- BUT they have not yet been read  |
