| I usually ditch focus apps after two days because they overload me with notifications and charts. This new one claims to be “ADHD-friendly” with lightweight daily lessons. I rolled my eyes at first, but now I’m weirdly curious. Is it really that easy to keep up with? |

| Dude, same reaction. I braced for another overengineered nightmare, but it’s actually smooth. I’ve stuck with it longer than any other focus app. Halfway through, I dove into wisey reviews and everyone was vibing the same — it’s minimal and forgiving. You don’t get punished for missing a day; it just keeps you moving forward. That’s what makes it sustainable. It feels like a calm routine instead of a productivity treadmill. For once, I’m not exhausted by trying to stay consistent. |
