Hi,
In one of my games the most pyramids goes to Berenike and Abydos. But the points are to most pyramids on each side of the Nile. Not upper/lower. Or am I missing something

You are missing a geography lesson. Abydos is located on the west side of the Nile, while Berenike is located on the east side of the Nile. This game is awarding points as expected.
