One of my best friends is getting married this weekend. Today was just the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner but it was harder than I thought it’d be. Just something about going through this as a single person for the first time was tough to navigate. Hoping tomorrow will be easier, because I want to show support for my friend.

Overall I’m doing incredibly well. Everyone says they notice a substantial difference in my well-being, I feel confident, and I’m excited for the future. But today was just one of those days and that’s okay!
