Shouldn't I be allowed to use both, since the condition is fulfilled?

You are only able to play one of any given power card in a single turn, so that means you cannot play 2 of the same bonus card in one scoring phase.

Yup. Oops. Found it in the rules; page 13, point #3.

I must've overlooked that one originally.
