I’ve been thinking about Boston travel for a short trip in the US, but I’m not sure how many days are really enough. I like cities where you can walk a lot, see historic places, and not spend half the time in traffic. Is Boston comfortable for that kind of slow, relaxed travel, or does it feel rushed?

Boston works well for that style of Boston travel, especially if you focus on a few areas instead of trying to see everything. The city is fairly compact, many attractions are walkable, and public transport helps cover longer distances. This article gives a good local-style overview of what to expect and how the city feels for visitors https://buffalonews.com/exclusive/article_86aa387a-e106-55d0-a980-0b0a1b50db05.html It’s useful for understanding the pace of the city and whether it suits a shorter or more extended stay.
