This is my first 4 player game. I cannot tell the diference between the Blue and Purple, it all looks the same to me. Can you please change the colors in this game?

Have you tried adjusting the brightness and/or contrast on your monitor? You could also try adjusting the color resolution in your display preferences.

Its not the screen, I'm one of the millions of people who are slightly blind when it comes to colors. A common trait among men, this is why all of us who game and have a hard time with colors cannot believe that game companies do not take this into consideration when producing games.

Thanks for the comments!

Yes, this has been discussed here before. I also have blue/purple trouble (in Wallenstein and Reef Encounter).

Some game manufacturers do take it into account. Alhambra, for instance, in addition to using colors, identifies the classes of building pieces by a number of symbols.

The worst (IMO) is Through the Desert, which uses eight or ten different -- yet confusingly similar -- colors.

I totally agree with you and especially with those terrible pastel colors in ‘Through the Desert’. What is even worst is Liberte by Martin Wallace, which is one of my favorites. Even my friends who do not have any color issues have all kinds of problems with this game!
