How do you get to the rules without being in a game?

Just go to the spielbyweb homepage. Check to the right of the picture for each game. There is a button next to the game designer's name that will take you to the rules.

Thanks, I see it today, for some reason I could not see it yesterday.
What rubs salt in my wound is that the site Admin made the Rules letters in BOLD so eveyone could see it. WoW, I feel like an ID 10 T, okay (now say it like Mr. Garrison, Okay)
