This has happened to me a few times now - and just happened again in For Geeks 1. I click to make a bid on the last region remaining, and confirm. Then the list of provinces reduces to just one or two, and I'm asked to confirm again. If I do (rather than realising it's a bug and refreshing), then it becomes my turn to buy resources, but I start with buying farmers, rather than power cards, and I miss out on buying power cards completely.
