The Hycan brand, founded by the Chinese GAC and NIO, has begun production of its Electrocross Hycan 007.

Chinese companies GAC and Nio introduced the first model of the new electric brand Hycan - a stylish crossover with the index 007, which the Chinese market is waiting for in April 2020. The number "7", which appears in the name of the car, is beaten in its appearance. So, the LED optics of the novelty, as well as the dashboard with three displays, get a similar shape. For multimedia that understands voice commands, the developers have provided 12.3-inch displays. On the center console is a 10-inch touchscreen climate control. In length, the new electric crossover reaches 4,879 mm with a wheelbase of 2,919 mm.

In total, the brand will offer customers three modifications of the novelty: Base, Plus and Top. Their cost varies from 260,000 to 300,000 yuan. Pre-order for a new model is already open in China and japan.

Hycan's new electric car also gets fashionable retractable door handles and a set of wheels to choose from - 19 or 20 inches. Another feature of the new product will be a rich list of electronic assistants - from all-round cameras and adaptive cruise control with the function of monitoring the occupied band to an intelligent tracking system for driver fatigue.

Technical details are still scarce. According to auto experts, one electric motor and a 73 kWh battery will be responsible for the performance of the basic electric car. With this "filling" Hycan 007 accelerates to "hundreds" in 8.2 seconds and travels without recharging up to 523 kilometers. Twin-engine Plus and Top with a battery of 93 kWh gain a hundred in 7.9 seconds, and their "range" reaches 643 kilometers
